Eeee chyba nie. W końcu do modów do Stellaris się nie przywalają, a tych w tematach Star Wars jest przecież w pytę i ciut ciut. Nie tylko samych jednostek ale również "nacji". W sensie teggo posta z grudnia 😜 nie wiem dlaczego nie wyświetlił mi się ten dzisiejszy ;) może w końcu NMS będzie jednak ciekawe.

In-Game Community Content

Soon after the release of No Man’s Sky NEXT, Hello Games has planned its first season of weekly content and community events. This will be free for all players, with no microtransactions. Galactic Atlas Website

NEXT marks the launch of a new website dedicated to the community, which we’re calling the Galactic Atlas. The site features points of interest in the No Man’s Sky Euclid Galaxy, and will grow in functionality and expand over time, in part through your feedback. Key Regional Hubs are marked, with discovery statistics and community events appearing soon.

Base Building

  • Bases can now be built anywhere on any planet, high in mountains or underwater.
  • Hundreds of new base parts have been added to unlock more creative possibilities.
  • Teleporters can now be built anywhere on the planet surface, and the teleporter menu has been reworked for ease of use.
  • Base complexity and size limits have been dramatically increased.
  • Players can own multiple bases, spread across regions, planets or star systems.
  • Sculpt the terrain around your base with the improved terrain manipulator.

Third Person

  • The game is fully playable in third or first person, both on-foot and in ship.
  • Ship controls in both views now allow for true low flight mode across the surface of planets.
  • Communicate with other players using expressive gestures available from the quick menu.

Character Customisation

  • Construct an Appearance Customiser in your base or freighter to personalise your appearance. 
  • Play as a Gek, Vy’keen, Korvax or Traveller / Anomaly.

Freighter Enhancements

  • Assemble and upgrade a fleet of frigates, each specialised to excel in combat, exploration, trade, industry, or support. Command your frigates from the bridge of your freighter to complete real-time fleet missions.
  • Call on your fleet for assistance in space battles, or deploy them to help you explore a specific system.

  • All core substances and resources have been reworked and rebalanced to increase consistency and realism.

  • The opening section of the game has been overhauled, introducing new story elements and an early taste of advanced gameplay features, as well as a new mission chain for players with bases.

Exploration, Fauna and Flora

  • Some creature types will herd together, grazing and fleeing from danger as a group.
  • Creatures now respond more enthusiastically to being fed, recognising you as a friend and alerting nearby creatures to the food source.

  • Creature voices are now more diverse, and NPC vocals have been updated to match their new set of animations.
  • New foley for the player character is audible throughout the game.

Uwaga:

Wersja GOG nie ma na ten moment multiplayer.

 

Tryb wieloosobowy NEXT nie jest jeszcze zawarty w wersji gry bez DRM.

No Man's Sky, the ambitious open-space exploration game in a procedurally-generated universe, just received a massive update appropriately named NEXT.

It brings a whole bunch of changes and additions across the board, most notably:

- Option to switch between first and third person view at will

- Visual upgrades to ships, NPCs, buildings, terrain textures, space vistas - pretty much everything

- You can now build far more complex bases anywhere on the planet

- Build your own fleet, upgrade it, and send it out or keep it close while exploring a system

The multiplayer element of NEXT is not yet included in the DRM-free edition of the game. Read more about the delay below:

"From launch, the DRM-free edition of No Man's Sky will include all single-player content introduced by NEXT: third-person mode, upgraded visuals, better base building, player customization, and more.

However the multiplayer component will not be ready at launch; we expect it to be released later this year as full multiplayer parity remains in the pipeline.

For a small, independent studio, developing the feature across multiple platforms is a hugely ambitious and technical challenge which resulted in this delayed release. Hello Games is however joining forces with GOG.COM to introduce full multiplayer via the GOG Galaxy platform.

Ja mam steamową i pierwsze pytanie to było "robisz własną grę do której mogą dołączać ludzie czy dołączasz do kogoś" ;). W sumie tutaj GOG ma trochę przekichane, bo multi na Steamie idzie przez ich matchmaking, a sam GOG chyba takiej infrastruktury nie posiada.

Dobra, trochę pograłam - i powiem że jest zarówno bardziej grywalnie, jak i ładniej. Rozbudowali drzewko technologiczne na zasadzie że surowce można rafinować więc jest więcej komponentów z których się krafci, edytor postaci jest przezabawny (pokażcie jakie potworki albo super postacie wyprodukujecie). Multi działa (z @Mayron sobie popykaliśmy trochę) - było trochę lagów na chacie ale nic strasznego. Trade między postaciami leciał bez oporów.

 

Ogólnie polecam (zwłaszcza że NMS kupiłam za jakieś 55 zł czy coś koło tego już dłuższy czas temu - teraz się przyda).

PO update Beyond gra przestała się uruchamiać... Owszem, startuje ale po wybraniu nowej ( i starej też) gry przez chwilę czarny ekran i wypad do pulpitu. Ma ktoś pomysł? Sterowniki grafiki najnowsze, reinstalacja nie pomogła.

Czekać na patch do patcha. Ja tu mam to samo, nie wiem jak by było z moim normalnym kompem, ale tu jest jak jest, zawsze takie akcje są po dużych update'ach.
